Pastor Elias Kitoi serves as the Bishop for the Diocese of Meru. He spent many years in the US serving as pastor at congregations in the Greater Milwaukee Synod including St. Matthews-Wauwatosa, St. John's-Jackson, Galilee-Pewaukee and Lutheran Church of the Redeemer-Racine.
